Despite our best efforts, there may be rare occasions where items become damaged in transit. If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or not up to our usual high standards, please inspect your order upon receipt and let us know as soon as possible. We kindly ask that you notify us within 24 hours of delivery, including a description and clear photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly and efficiently.
Our flowers are guaranteed to remain fresh for at least five days following delivery, provided they are cared for as directed (including keeping them topped up with fresh water and out of direct sunlight). Should your flowers not meet this standard and begin to show signs of unusual wilting or damage during this period, please contact us promptly so we can make things right.
